Brand Manager - Arize
POSITION PURPOSE:
• Primary accountability point for P&L delivery for Arize brand in 1-3 year timeframe
• Develop G2M plans with focus on communication ,marketing –mix and Customer
• Facilitate on-ground execution through extensive interactions and cross-functional hand-holding
• Ensure S&OP managers take production planning decisions balancing stretch, inventory risk
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and Implement Operational plans:
• Work in close conjunction with sales teams to develop market specific plans:
• Demand Generation (including pre-season field activities, in-season demonstration trials’ planning and management, harvest related field / market development activities);
• Develop core positioning working closely with Product Manager and MD
• Devise and execute the operational Pricing and Central market funding program to deliver desired business results
• Shape and moderate demand signal from CU’s CKA partners and customer insights to provide inputs to S&OP team for production planning, product allocation and placement phasing
New product launch:
• Develop comprehensive launch plans for new products positioning core messaging and USP
• Lead cross-functional team to ensure execution of all critical activities for successful launch with tracking of key matrices
Marketing plans and activities:
• Develop annual 12-month campaign plan along with related MWBs and key enablers, aligning resource allocation based on crop cycle; Increase awareness, usage and product value;
• Develop ideas and concepts to increase awareness, usage and product value;
• Develop sales tools and collaterals to communicate core positioning and messaging;
• Ensure appropriate product training for sales force (with help from market
