The next 500 brands going offline in India are all coming from the digital world. Today, we work with brands of all sizes from early-stage startups taking their first steps into offline retail (The Pant Project) to global brands (JBL) and help them all find space to make their ideas happen. As the Indian Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) market is poised to reach $100 Billion by 2026, you will be joining the business at one of the most exciting times, as we look to capitalise on the opportunity and build the Shopify for Offline Retail. What you’ll be doing:
As a Retail Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end operations of retail brands, from store design to execution and day-to-day operations. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful development and maintenance of the brand's presence in the retail space. You will be a key player in driving brand growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy and Development: Work closely with the retail brand's stakeholders to develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with LiteStore’s overall objectives. This includes understanding target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Store Design and Layout: Collaborate with the brand and LiteStore’s design team to create innovative and appealing store layouts that align with the brand's identity, LiteStore’s design language ensuring an optimal customer experience.
• Store Execution: Oversee the implementation of store designs and layouts, ensuring that all visual merchandising and branding elements are executed accurately and consistently across retail locations.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the brand to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts or excess inventory.
• Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations, including staffing, training, and store maintenance. Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in-store, optimizing customer service, and addressing customer feedback and concerns promptly to the brand.
• Sales Performance: Collaborate with the brand to set sales targets and monitor performance against these targets. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Budget and Financial Management: Manage the retail brand's budget effectively, tracking expenses, and allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential new retail locations and partnerships to expand the brand's presence and market reach.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retail brand performance and generate regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing retail brands, including store design, execution, and day-to-day operations.
• Strong understanding of retail principles, visual merchandising, and customer experience best practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple stores and tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Knowledge of retail technology and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Passion for retail and an understanding of consumer behavior in a retail environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
