Job Description
We’re a self-funded, founder-led D2C brand in the beauty & wellness space, currently at an early but critical stage of building our brand foundations.
We’re looking for a mid-level Brand Manager who is comfortable being hands-on, taking ownership, and building things from the ground up.
This role is not for someone looking to oversee teams, manage agencies, or run large ATL campaigns. It is for someone who enjoys doing the work, making decisions, and growing with the brand.
What you’ll do
• Own brand communication, messaging, and tone across touchpoints
• Drive brand and launch narratives in collaboration with founders
• Ensure consistency between brand and performance creatives
• Translate consumer insights into clear, trust-led brand stories
• Work closely with designers, creators, and the performance team
• Help shape how the brand looks, sounds, and feels as we grow
Who this role is for
• 2–5 years of experience in D2C or digital-first brands
• Comfortable in a founder-led, ambiguous, early-stage setup
• Enjoys execution as much as thinking
• Not dependent on large teams, agencies, or big budgets
• Interested in ownership, learning, and long-term growth, not titles
Who this role is NOT for
• Senior brand leaders or consultants
• ATL / large-budget brand specialists
• Performance-only or marketplace-only profiles
• Candidates looking for team leadership from day one
Compensation
💰 ₹5–8 LPA
(Early-stage role with high ownership and growth potential)
