Minimalist is looking for a highly motivated, energetic & brand forward thinker to be part of branding team who will be help guide the brand strategic choices by multi function collaborations.

The brand stays true to its vision of offering unambiguous, solution and efficacy-based products. Having a portfolio of diverse skincare and hair care products, the brand retails through its own website, along with e-commerce giants like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and numerous other marketplaces.
We are currently offering 25 products ranging from serums, toners, face acids and moisturizers that are well researched, backed by proven science, safe, effective, mindfully created, and suited for all skin types. Launched in 2020 by Mohit and Rahul Yadav, Minimalist, which is a mission-driven brand committed to bringing high levels of efficacy and transparency to the personal care segment, is rapidly gaining popularity due to our values and ethos.
Consumer Base:
So far, we have served over 5 million customers and is the fastest growing skincare brand in India. Our products are popular among both women and men looking for solutions to acne, pigmentation, excess sebum, dull skin etc. 82.7% of Our customers rate them as excellent - with their Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Salicylic Acid & AHA PHA BHA peel being cult favourites.

Sequoia Capital India operates in India and Southeast Asia, where they actively partner with founders across sectors from idea to IPO. Unilever Ventures is the venture capital arm of British multinational consumer goods company Unilever PLC that invests in fast growing companies across consumer and enterprise technology.
We are currently in expansion phase Started with Skincare, about to launch haircare. Will expand to body care & color cosmetics as well in next 12 months. 100 products over next 3 years. We are expanding our base in SE-Asia and GCC. These markets already have demand for similar products.

What will be your key responsibilities?
• Campaign planning for the brand - monthly, quarterly & annually
• Content creation for various platforms & stakeholders - media, influencers, own social channels
• Ensure uniform, omnichannel brand communication - across digital, ecommerce, social, retail, media
• Creative support and coordination with the marketplace & retail team
• Work closely with cross functional teams across R&D, market places, CRM, retail
• Identify potential brand marketing partnerships
• Agency/vendor management

Skills & Pedigree Required:

• An MBA (From Premier Institute) with Upto 3 yrs of experience
