Senior Brand Manager – Bonds Retail

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to help shape the future of Bonds Retail across 130+ stores, windows, pop ups, collaborations, and campaigns… supporting how our customers experience the brand every day.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this mid-level role is ideal for a commercially minded brand marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns to life in a retail environment. You’ll work across brand, VM and digital touchpoints, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver engaging, consistent and customer first experiences.

End‑to‑end retail campaigns — from sharp creative briefs to high‑impact execution
Window programs, in‑store experiences, events and collabs that grab attention
LAM strategy + always‑on retail marketing that drives traffic & conversion
Creative + media agency partnerships
Photography shoots, talent and storytelling
Loyalty initiatives that turn shoppers into lifelong Bonds fans
A Marketing Coordinator, plus a brilliant cross‑functional crew
