TITLE: Manager - Brand Partnerships
FUNCTION: Brands Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Founder & CEO
LOCATION: Pune
Role Summary:
We are seeking Brand Partnership Managers to lead our partnership efforts with FMCG companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to FMCG companies, onboarding new partner brands, expanding the partner network and building the relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and cultivate relationships with stakeholders at FMCG companies
● Develop and execute partnership strategies and drive growth
● Onboard FMCG companies to list their products
● Build and maintain relationships with partners
● Ensure proper information and listing of products
● Manager operations and commercials with partners
● Achieve business targets in line with business plan
Qualifications:
● 4-8 years of experience working with FMCG products
● Proven track record in establishing and nurturing partnerships
● Strong influencing, networking and collaboration skills
