About the Role
Neighbourhood Creative is looking for a driven, creative, and entrepreneurial Brand Manager to join our in-house team. This is an in-person role based at our HQ in The Junction, Toronto. You’ll play a pivotal role in the development and day-to-day execution of our brand ecosystem, spanning content creation, social media management, business growth, and client experience.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation
Create short-form video and photo content for Neighbourhood brands: capturing, editing, and posting with a social-first lens
Attend brand shoots, events, and activations to document content in real time
Social Media Management
Strategically manage and grow the social presence of Neighbourhood brands across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Own content calendars, community management, engagement, and reporting
Business Development
Support new business initiatives by identifying partnership opportunities and helping drive revenue
Work closely with internal leadership on proposals, pitch decks, and client prospecting
Client & Admin Management (Grid – Podcast Studio)
Manage bookings, client relations, and day-to-day operations for Grid, our in-house podcast studio
Act as the main point of contact for creators and clients using the space
Who You Are
A natural content creator who’s comfortable both behind the camera and in editing suites (Reels, TikTok, Adobe Suite or mobile tools like CapCut)
Obsessed with trends, culture, and the creator economy
Strong communicator with great writing and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple moving parts
Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Experience in brand, marketing, or content-related roles is a strong asset
Bonus: You’ve worked with clients or built brands from the ground up
