Job Title: Brand Marketing Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai

Reports to: Brand Manager
Overview:
The Brand Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving the brand's marketing initiatives
across various digital and offline channels. The role will focus on WhatsApp marketing, CRM
processes, website management, creative campaign execution, and overall brand strategy. As
we are a growing startup, the ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and
willing to explore different areas of marketing and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. WhatsApp Marketing & CRM Support
● Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to enhance customer
engagement.
● Assist the CRM team with process improvements and ensure seamless data flow
between systems.
● Set up CRM workflows for customer feedback calls, chat monitoring, and performance
tracking.
2. Website & E-commerce Management
● Oversee updates and improvements to the Shopify website.
● Collaborate with the web development team to revamp the site and ensure a
user-friendly experience.
● Track and analyze e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
3. Creative Planning & Campaign Execution
● Lead the development of creative assets for marketing campaigns, including digital ads,
emailers, and website visuals.
● Work with the design and content teams to deliver compelling MID, TOF, and seasonal
campaigns.
● Plan and execute the winter collection shoot, including packaging and collateral design.
4. Process Setup & Optimization
● Implement systems to track customer feedback, including tools like Contlo for SMS and
email marketing campaigns.
● Set up a process with internal teams (e.g., HR, CRM, social media) to ensure smooth
execution of marketing activities.
● Assist in establishing and maintaining HR processes for hiring key positions (graphic
designers, content writers, social media associates).
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
● Assist with strategic planning and execution of key initiatives, such as winter packaging,
celebrity gifting, and product launches.
● Conduct campaign analysis and present insights to improve future performance.
● Help resolve issues such as Google reviews not showing up and improve feedback
collection.
6. Generalist Approach & Startup Exploration
● Embrace the role of a generalist, with the opportunity to explore various aspects of the
business, from marketing to operations.
● Take initiative to identify new areas of growth and innovation within the startup
environment.
● Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities as the company scales.
7. Coordination & Cross-team Collaboration
● Liaise with various teams (creative, CRM, HR) to finalize processes and ensure timely
execution of campaigns.
● Oversee the negotiation and onboarding of partners (e.g., Clickpost, Shopflo).
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or CRM management.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
● Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Contlo, Shopify) and WhatsApp marketing tools.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and take on multiple roles as needed.
