JOB DESCRIPTION: Brand Marketing Executive | ANDAMEN
We are making some of the most exciting products in the Indian men’s fashion landscape and are looking to craft the most enriching and authentic storytelling and brand experiences in the consumer space.
Join us if the journey of building one of the most loved lifestyle brands in India excites you. We are looking to expand our Brand Marketing team and are in search of a marketing enthusiast who would play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies to achieve business goals.
Your responsibilities:
• Brand calendar: plan and manage the marketing calendar, as well as all product launches and brand marketing campaigns. Orchestrate their achievement across all stakeholders (internal and external) with end-to-end drive, ownership, and effective relationship management.
• Project management: Manage internal processes and coordinate with external agencies to ensure all processes are streamlined and deadlines are met Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Marketing budget: assist in monitoring and optimizing the brand marketing budget
• Asset production: manage the internal and external production of allocated assets and campaigns including their photography, videography, content, etc.
• Brand positioning: ideate and iteratively refine our positioning and storytelling. Work closely with the Creative teams on campaign strategies and performance reviews. Run programs to seep the brand values everywhere.
• Research & benchmarking: conduct market research and analysis to benchmark campaigns, and positioning strategies. Identify media, influencer and celebrity interactions and collaborations
• Data analysis & insights: Analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights for informing marketing strategies and campaigns. Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts and enhance ROI.
• The role reports into AVP, Brand Marketing
What we’re looking for:
• 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing in the fashion/ lifestyle industry. Preference for candidates with men’s fashion experience
• Highly motivated individual with excellent execution and management skills for managing projects
• Someone who can manage multiple responsibilities and can switch from one to the other seamlessly while meeting deadlines
• Strong sensibility for brand positioning with a mind for the nuances that matter
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Has a strong intuitive understanding of data and analytics
• Passionate and love doing more things beyond boundaries
