Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with brands for all their requirements
• Executing brand set-up and launch tasks on a daily basis
• Scheduling meetings and coordination across internal and external teams
• Business development for BB, generating and closing leads
• Keeping company profiles, website, and company communication up to date
• Managing LinkedIn for Directors
• Regular research on methods of generating new business and ways of improving business
for clients
• Sales strategy for digital growth of clients
• Finding leads for clients' requirements
• Taking care of sales strategies across digital platforms and website
• Overlooking all social media accounts for the brands
• Keeping a digital hygiene check for the company & brand

o Social platforms
o Website
o SEO
o PR
o Others
• Review all social media requirements that include photography/posts/videos et al
• Strategise digital collaborations to create brand visibility and lead generation for increased
sales
• Ideate new methods of penetrating the market further for growth
• Study trends/numbers to contribute towards the new products to be launched
• Appoint, coordinate and monitor the stakeholders involved with digital communication for
the brands

o Domain & Server Hosting
o Shopify
• Regularly reviewing websites for brands for sales impact
• Daily Coordination and overlooking of all brands' collaterals with vendors
• Content Creation for Amazon
• Content Strategy for Social Media

• Content Execution and coordination with teams for all E-commerce
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and
web)
