Role & Responsibilities Here are the key expectations from the role: 1. This position heads the Marketing function and is a critical member of the leadership team 2. Responsibility for end to end Marketing & Brand Communication key focus towards B2C space 3.
Design and execute a robust trade & digital marketing strategy for increasing brand awareness and engagement for the company and its product portfolio 4.
Provide support to the sales team in achieving revenue goals by developing a integrated quarterly marketing calendar and strategy for penetration in new markets 5.
Engagement with customers (especially key accounts), to understand their needs and plan product placement strategy 6. Helping develop and leverage company website and all related Ecommerce and Social media activities 7. Leverage available content from all international brands. Create and execute campaigns both offline and online 8.
Develop a clear, consistent brand architecture and personality for brand Kaapi Machines which acts as a framework for any brand communication strategy and acts as a differentiator Internal & External Relationships Internal:
Product/Business Management team; Sales team across regions Internal: Marketing team leading, guiding, setting KRAs and reviews External: Agencies Communication, PR & Media agencies; Other vendors Qualifications and Education Requirements MBA (Marketing, Full time) Experience of min.
10 years overall in marketing and min.
8 years in a similar manager/ team leader role Digital marketing tools/certifications Google AdWords & Analytics, Hubspot & Facebook Blueprint Preferred Skills Strong Presentation & Communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team Self-starter, Bias for Action, Creativity Additional Notes Previous experience working with FMCG, B2C brands, Ecommerce start-ups or consumer product brands preferred
