Job Description
Focus on driving brand health metrics,growth and customer task for the brand,through brand development,consumer led projects and brand building.
The role also involves crafting comms,and deployment across relevant touch points with the consumers.
Raise the bar for marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
Strengthening brand identity and positioning across online and offline channels.
Will lead ATL,BTL,customer research,content & creatives,social media.
Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal creatives and communications .
Analyse campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements-
10-15 years experience required (Minimum 7+ years in brand management & marketing )
MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools only (Mandatory)
Team leading experience
Candidates preferred from startup/product company only
