Brand Motion Designer
Content & Video · Belfast or London
The Opportunity.
Motion touches almost everything we do at Mammoth. We are looking for a Brand Motion Designer with sound experience to join our team of talented animators based in either our Belfast or London office.
Through your work you must display an in-depth knowledge of branding, and the ability to bring brand stories to life. Often turning the complex into easy at-a-glance (but still eye catching) motion graphics.
You will be working within our in-house Creative Studio, as part of the video production team. You’ll focus on the design and animation of kinetic type, icons, graphics and illustrations. Mixing footage and motion to realise ideas through abstractions and metaphors.
The skills you need.
• A top-tier showreel.
• Highly proficient in After Effects & Illustrator
• Experience with 3D applications such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Well versed and enjoys working within brand guidelines
• Works effectively to identify challenges and opportunities and use creative and strategic thinking to generate solutions
• Curious and enthusiastic about experimenting creatively and confident in putting your ideas forward
• Develop storyboards & styleframes for internal/client review
• Ability to work at pace to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail actively QA’ing own and teams work
• Keep abreast of trends, new techniques and skills to help develop our motion design offering.

It would be a real bonus if…
• You have experience working within an agency environment, either on a freelance or full-time basis
• Skilled in other Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• You have worked with Corporate brands, FMCG/food & drink or brands with a global footprint
