Role: Brand Operations Manager / Business Operations Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4–8 years (New brand launch experience preferred)

We are building a new brand in the comfort footwear space backed by feet science and digital scanning technology, currently at the pre-launch stage. We are looking for a highly driven operations leader who can take ownership of building and scaling the business from the ground up.
We have strong foothold in our domain and backed by a 4-decade export oriented parent company.
Role Overview
As a Founding Operations Lead, you will work directly with the founders to set up and manage end-to-end operations — from team building bottoms up and hiring and leading Sales team, Marketing teams and POS expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage end-to-end operations from scratch
- Create SOPs and scalable processes
- Hire and manage initial team members
- Drive daily execution and problem-solving
- Work on cost optimization and unit economics
- Coordinate across functions (marketing, product, sales)
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in operations / business roles
- Prior experience in startups or new brand launches preferred
- Proven track record of building or scaling operations
- Strong ownership mindset and execution ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bonus
- Experience if already worked in Footwear industry
- Experience in companies like startups or recent decade old brands that have launched across any D2C categories in fashion retailing
- Experience launching a new product/brand
