Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and agencies
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals through brand partnerhsips
- Create compelling proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and agencies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and leads
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and agencies and ensure satisfaction with advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand partnerships, ad sales, preferably in a digital media environment or entertainment marketing
- Proven track record of successful partnership execution and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of advertisinnd industry, entertainment marketing brand marketing and advertising trends
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
• Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
• Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
