About the role

As our Brand Partnerships Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our commercial campaigns, playing a pivotal role in fostering collaborative relationships that bring high-impact branded content to life. Working at the intersection of creativity and strategy, you'll help craft engaging stories across podcasts, social media, video, and events. This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven professional to join a vibrant team dedicated to delivering incredible ROI for our partners while staying true to Mamamia's mission of empowering women and girls.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

Project manage end-to-end branded content partnerships across social, podcasts, video, and events.
Manage and nurture over 25 client and agency relationships, ensuring we remain the easiest media publisher to work with.
Collaborate with sales, strategy, and editorial teams to orchestrate content that resonates with our audience and meets client goals.
Monitor live campaigns and proactively provide solutions to optimize performance and drive growth.
Cultivate influencer campaigns and negotiate with talent management to deliver the best results.
Act as a conduit between commercial and content teams, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and creative alignment.
Dive into the creative process by contributing to social captions, podcast scripts, and team brainstorms.
Manage campaign production budgets and support our Commercial Events Producer on exciting brand activations.
Now, a bit about you

You have at least 1 year of experience in the digital media industry and a passion for project management.
You hold a tertiary qualification in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
You are exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
You're a confident communicator who can build rapport with stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally.
You are goal-oriented and solution-focused, always looking for ways to exceed project objectives.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment but are equally comfortable taking the lead and working autonomously.
You are tech-savvy, with experience in Google applications and project management tools, and you're ready to bring your unique vibe to a high-performing team.
