Desired Skills: Sales acumen with strong relationship with chemists and distributors in the assigned market, Excellent track record of overachieving revenue objectives in organizations worked for currently/in the past
Key Performance Metrics:
1)Responsible for appointment of distributors of OTC products in the target market
2)Daily visit of 15 chemists for taking brand orders and ensuring collection as per agreed credit policy
3)Ensuring product placement in top 20% OTC products selling chemists
4)Ensuring chemists in shop merchandising for product desired visibility at the point of sales
5)Ensuring product training with competition benchmarking of chemist as well as it's salesperson
6)Responsible for achievement of monthly brand revenue targets of 1.75 Lacs to 2.5 Lacs
