Now that you know what we do,
We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who is as passionate and responsible, to join us.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and the rest of the team.
• Pitch weekly/monthly content ideas to clients.
• Take ownership of accounts and manage work autonomously
• Be responsible for accuracy and deadlines for projects and campaigns
• Actively build and nurture client relationships to build trust, confidence and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team of creatives to gain deeper understanding on the messaging front to storyboard campaigns and develop multiple variations for the final product.
• Brainstorming with the rest of the team to create campaigns, BTL collaterals etc.
• You will be creating something different any given day. From writing concept notes, scripts, jingles to clear, persuasive and convincing content for brands. Your job is to make boring content, not-so-boring for others!
• Experiment with new content formats that can be utilized for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships
• Work closely with arts & graphics, video and production teams to co-create content (This is very important!)
• Ensure all plans and projects proceed according to plan and draw attention to supervisor to potential problems that may occur
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop/execute research and new media trends
• Supervising the execution of campaign plans.
HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY?
• A Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative/advertising agency managing different accounts across India
• Have great verbal and written communication skills
• Can develop good marketing and communication strategies
• Have great presentation, video production and pitching skills
• Have a strong understanding of how to create powerful brands from scratch
• Resilient and have the ability to work under pressure
