ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of digital marketing

Create marketing strategies to drive growth for website traffic, social media reach, and engagementManage, coordinate and lead a team of graphic designers, social media managers, and content writers to achieve overall marketing and business objectivesCreate and design effective marketing campaigns and strategies for various brandsUnderstand client briefs, prepare marketing proposals and guide teamsHandle communication with various external stakeholders and partnersManage and supervise day-to-day operations related to sales, accounts, HR, marketing, etc.
Ensure content and design teams are working as per expectations and brand objectivesIdentify and generate new opportunities through various channels, events and partnerships to market and grow the brandSet, monitor and report on team goalsEnsure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing effortsEnsure the budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
QualificationsComprehensive understanding of content, communication and design.
Ability to handle pressure and thrive in an exceptionally fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge and experience in Social Media, Content, Design, and Communication.
Skills required
