We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Success Manager to join our Brand Growth team for our E-Commerce B2B marketplace. As a Brand Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new brands, maintaining the overall health of the brands and keeping up with new trends and events happening in the industry.
Responsibilities
• Work with cross-functional teams to onboard new brands (Apparel and Footwear), ensuring that they align with our brand values and standards.
• Maintaining brand health and ensuring price, discount, and style count parity with other platforms to enable effective promotions
• Building strong communication with the brands to strengthen relationships and successfully execute initiatives
• Creating and sharing detailed monthly analytics reports with brands containing all relevant data points and providing valuable insights
• Working closely with Customer Growth, Operations, Finance, and Catalog teams to ensure all brand-related issues are swiftly and effectively resolved
Requirements
• Data analysis, Visualisation & Excel skills. Ability to learn new data & analytical tools independently
• Take ownership & responsibility in every task and strictly adhere to given deadlines
• Assisting Brand Growth Managers with achieving team targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Prior knowledge of the B2B E-commerce industry would be preferred
• Handle all tasks with a problem-solving mindset and provide an efficient and quick solutions to all queries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and events, including fashion shows, social media trends, and emerging brands.
