About the Role
As an Account/Brand Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, planners, and creatives – and you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional campaigns that impact the brands. You will lead by presenting ideas to the client and ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for clients, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness across various marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and brand positioning, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations, to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and brand metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and media planners to develop impactful and persuasive brand communications.
• Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct brand audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging technologies that can impact brand strategy and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a brand manager in an advertising agency or similar role.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with client objectives.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market research data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand strategies and concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms for campaign tracking and analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content marketing trends and best practices
