Job Role Specification:
We are looking for a highly skilled Branding and Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing and managing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company effectively in the market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms ,materials and websites.
Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, PPC).
Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Work closely with sales and presales team to create marketing materials such as company deck, whiteboards, PPC ads, etc.
Experience: 4 6 years
