Job Description
· Develop the whole school marketing strategy
· Implement advertising, communications and event activities
· Responsible for the production of the annual school magazine
· Develop and execute effective PR initiatives across digital and off-line channels which build positive brand awareness
· Contribute into school website including content and customer experience and the school’s social media channels
· Identify relevant community-based initiatives in which the school can play a relevant part, to support awareness / positive brand perception etc.
· Work collaboratively with school colleagues and admissions team; contribute to sharing of best practice.
· Updating the School’s Facebook and Twitter accounts
· Updating information about the School on external websites and directories
· Creating fresh and up-to- date web content, to pass to the IT Specialist as necessary
· Selection and ordering of promotional merchandise for exhibitions and for use as corporate gifts
· Managing the stock of all marketing collateral i.e. brochures; creating systems to identify when stock needs to be replenished
· Maintaining a photo library and arranging external photo shoots and filming with students as well as in-house photo shoots with School staff and students
· Assistance and coordination at Open Days of the School
· Coordinating the School’s annual graduation/ prize-giving
· Marketing support for the School’s annual activities
· Coordinating School events in relation to major accreditations and audits
· Develop and plan marketing strategies of the assigned brands.
· Plan and implement promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point-of-sales marketing etc.
· Create, direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties.
· Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget.
· Plan and execute new service launches.
· Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with various digital agencies.
· Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms.
· Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
· Manage, plan and execute online campaigns and promotions.
· Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
