Role Description
Uplift is seeking a Senior Branding Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. As part of our team, you'll work on elevating global brands through visual, verbal, and motion identity, UX/UI design and build, packaging design, and more. You'll be responsible for generating ideas, collaborating with peers and stakeholders, and presenting your work. You'll play an essential role in driving creative excellence across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of work experience (not including academic years or internships) in branding, graphic design, or related fields. Your time in college, university or internships are not considered as part of this work experience.
• Experience with branding, print, and digital design at a reputable advertising or design firm
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience and knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout/composition
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, ideally some proficiency in Figma
• Ability to work collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, and other designers
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, communication design, typography, or related fields is preferred
• Fine attention to detail is a critical part of this role
