Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Modula’s team as a Branding, Marketing, and Sales Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Modula's brand identity, executing marketing strategies, and implementing sales initiatives to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and optimize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, marketing, and sales, coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive branding, marketing, and sales strategies to promote Modula's innovative modular solutions and drive business growth.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, encompassing online and offline advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media campaigns, and events.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, product information, and sales training to effectively communicate Modula's value proposition and drive sales conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, utilizing these insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in branding, marketing, and sales, implementing innovative approaches to enhance Modula's competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
• MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven work experience, at least 3 years, in branding and marketing with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing principles, and sales techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, marketing automation systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, conduct competitor research, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
