Job Description
As the Test & Learn Specialist, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by driving the Test & Learn agenda. In this role you will be responsible for the experimentations and to shape the Test & Learn roadmap for our region. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. You will be responsible for planning, designing, performing, analysing and communicating the test and results conducted across our communication channels, ensuring a clear understanding of the value generated by our strategic and tactical decisions. You involve, educate & engage with relevant stakeholders from the global team, the Customer Activation and Marketing team as well as Digital and Sales teams in the region to implement and develop the test plan. You will be part of Region North Europe team which includes Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, UK & Ireland.
This role requires a balance of technical excellence with clear and concise communication.
Key Responsibilities
• You support in creating understanding of our different media touchpoints performance and communicate in a clear way.
• You identify opportunities, establish processes to drive the test and learn agenda and support key stakeholders in Customer Activation & Marketing function, Store sales and Digital team in the region.
• You are responsible for setting the right test & experimentation approach for hypothesis of the various tests and communicating this towards key collaboration partners.
• Use tools such as SQL, Python/R, Google BigQuery, Google Looker, PowerBI and other tools to analyze data and conduct statistical analyses.
• Oversee experimentation processes from planning to communication of results, acting as an expert in statistics and supporting stakeholders on best practice in measurement.
• You learn new tools and ways of testing media and message effectiveness towards target groups.
• You support stakeholders in the region to make the right customer selections and target audiences for the activity to increase customer engagement, sales or profitability (for e-mail, push, rewards, on-site - and eventually targeting in other media channels).
• You support in identifying targeting customer segments where there is a potential for activities to Upskill regional teams on the importance of testing, and how to interpret test results.
• You actively learn and co-operate with global teams how to apply targeting strategies and tools to increase customer relevance and media effectiveness.

You have strong commercial focus, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are data-driven and have a strong interest in customer behavior and sales drivers. You have a deep interest and understanding of applied statistics to drive business growth. You can translate marketing and sales opportunities to customer target segments and design a test set-up. You enjoy working hands-on with coding and with learning new tools (e.g., SQL, Python or R) and Data visualisation to perform analyses.
What you need to succeed:
• At least 2 years of working experience with testing, experimentation, customer analytics or related roles.
• University degree in statistics, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge, skills and interest in applied statistics and business and customer/marketing analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience managing large datasets from multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of Python/R or other programming language. Additionally, knowledge in SAS is meriting.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and support cross-functional teams in decision-making with the ability to drive recommendations through to key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and ability to lead with data-driven insights within a cross-functional team.
• Experience working with marketing and customer data is a plus.
• Experience working in PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tool is highly meriting.
