Job Title: Branding & Marketing Intern (On-Ground Intern at Nolita Cacao – via The Social Lions)
Location: Khar West, Mumbai (On-site)
Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)
About the Client – Nolita Cacao
Nolita Cacao is a premium artisanal chocolate brand and creative studio based in Khar West, Mumbai. The brand blends luxury, aesthetics, and craftsmanship to create handcrafted chocolate experiences like no other.
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, creative, and highly driven Marketing & Branding Intern to work directly under the Founder of Nolita Cacao, while being employed by The Social Lions agency. You will be positioned on the ground at the brand studio and play a key role in driving the brand's communication, content, and customer-facing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing on-ground marketing, visual merchandising, and brand communication strategies.
- Work closely with the founder to support day-to-day brand activities, content creation, and customer interaction.
- Brainstorm and support content planning for social media, campaigns, and product storytelling.
- Capture and coordinate visual content (photos/videos) for events, launches, and in-studio moments.
- Maintain a strong sense of brand aesthetics across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with the agency (The Social Lions) for approvals, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain a positive and professional presence in-store with customers, collaborators, and partners.
Requirements
- Should be a final-year student or recent graduate in marketing, communication, branding, or design.
- Passionate about luxury brands, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
- Comfortable working on-ground, independently, and managing direct reporting to both client and agency.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and polished attitude.
- Strong grasp of digital content, trends, Instagram formats, and visual brand language.
Reporting Structure
This is an agency-placed role. You will work at the Nolita Cacao studio but report directly to the team at The Social Lions.
