Duties
Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting with their breakfast needs.
Handle food preparation tasks including cooking, assembling, and presenting meals according to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment.
Monitor food inventory levels and restock items as necessary to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
Qualifications
Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are vital for success in this role.
Experience in restaurant settings or similar environments is a plus but not required.
