Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast hours. You will assist in food preparation, ensure cleanliness of the dining area, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Duties
Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, in accordance with hotel standards.
Ensure that all food items are fresh, appealing, and replenished as needed throughout the breakfast service.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
Assist guests with their meal selections and provide information about menu items.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests for assistance during breakfast hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
A friendly demeanor with the ability to help guests feel comfortable and welcome.
Capability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.
