Responsibilities
The Breakfast Attendant at the Hyatt Place Miami Airport East is responsible for preparing and providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner during the complimentary breakfast of a hotel
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner
Ensuring that bar, food, and service areas are stocked, organized, clean and neat and all side work is complete during each shift
Prepare breakfast items and restock as needed during service hours
Communicate with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and any special requests/needs
Support all areas of the beverage and food service as necessary
Share knowledge of the hotel, its amenities and menu options
Perform other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.
