A DAY IN THE LIFE OF BREAKFAST CHEF AT J MARYLEBONE LONDON
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, we are looking for someone who has a passion for F&B and has a flexible approach to their working environment.
As a Breakfast Chef at our focused-service hotel, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes that meet our guests expectations. Your duties will include cooking and serving a variety of hot and cold breakfast items, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained. You will also collaborate with the breakfast team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Our team are like a family, and we work together to deliver outstanding guest service to our guests by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly remarkable service. We are an enthusiastic, authentic bunch of individuals who truly care about teamwork and great service!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...
To succeed in the role of Breakfast Chef you will need the following qualities and skills.
• Passionate about delivering great service.
• Care and attention to detail.
• Have previous experience in delivering an exceptional F&B experience in a restaurant / hotel background.
• Food Level 2 Certification is beneficial however training is provided.
• Experience working in a F&B department.
• Are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team,
• We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required.
