Responsibilities:
As the Part Time Breakfast Demi Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events
Assisting in team-leading
A dietary requirements wizard
Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment
Contribute to the control of costs
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
A Work, Health and Safety ambassador
About You:
Australian working rights (no sponsorship needed)
Preferably based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
Available 7 days a week morning (breakfast) with minimum 16 hours a week
A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
A current, valid, and relevant trade patisserie qualification
Knowledge of current food trends
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
