Job Title: Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member
We are seeking a charismatic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team, providing exceptional service to our guests.
About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the Breakfast Manager to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience during their stay. As a Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable personable service, taking ownership of your part of the guest journey, and building collaborative relationships with the Kitchen and Bar teams.
Key Responsibilities:
To provide exceptional customer service, making an immediate heartfelt welcome to ensure their memorable experience within the hotel.
To converse with the guests from the heart, being attentive and reactive to requests, taking and delivering food orders and anticipating their needs.
To deliver impeccable personable service, making The Municipal THE place to stay, dine and be seen.
To be conversant with all of our tantalising food menus and beverage offerings.
To be a team player, building collaborative relationships with the Kitchen and Bar teams for a seam free operation.
To accept payments and balance receipts.

A naturally effervescent and heartfelt communicator who can build excellent rapport with our guests and deliver outstanding service.
Knowledge of working within a food and beverage operation in a hotel or restaurant is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work across varied days of the week.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
