Texas Breweries and Beverages is a wholly owned subsidiary of a USA company that has established a State-of-the -Art manufacturing facility at Kashipur, Uttarakhand for producing Low Calorie and Low Carb Hard Seltzer Beer with fruit flavors and Premium Artesian Water. Qualified Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science required and at least 2 years experience in a laboratory in a manufacturing facility of food/carbonated beverage/alcohol production.
Strong analytical skills. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of good laboratory practices, including keeping a clean and safe laboratory as well as sample prep, handling, and record keeping.
Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word.
Statistical process control skills and use of statistical analysis software preferred.
As a , Your Responsibilities Will Be
New product development and performing routine analysis
Evaluating finished goods quality and audit processes throughout production to ensure all specs are met and plant is operating within desired parameters.
Operating and maintaining lab equipment/instrumentation, not limited to Alcolyzer, DMA, pH meters, GC, HPLC, spectrophotometer, etc.
Calibrating equipment and maintaining control charts to ensure equipment is performing.
Learning and understanding processes throughout the facility to better assist with troubleshooting,
Participating in Food Safety Program to ensure product integrity and food safety.
Proficient in Good Lab Practices and keeping a clean and safe laboratory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
