Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years in customer service.
High emotional intelligence and quick problem-solving abilities.
A people person is a must—this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills.
Experience in bridal, fashion, or luxury retail is a bonus but not essential.
Background in fashion design or garment construction is a plus but not required.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Assist brides with their fittings and appointments.
Coordinate and manage the boutique’s fitting schedule.
Handle email communication between clients and suppliers.
Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness, including steaming gowns.
Assist with photoshoots and creating in-store social media content (participation in content creation is optional).
Keep the boutique’s website up to date.
