Role
Due to growth, there is an opportunity for a senior lawyer to join the team. Working autonomously on a broad range of matters, you will be involved in acquisitions and disposals of real estate (commercial, industrial and retail, hotels and resorts transactions, energy transition/renewable energy projects including wind, solar & battery and waste to hydrogen projects, joint ventures, titling advice for residential and commercial property developments, environmental offset arrangements, infrastructure agreements, regulatory approvals, project financing and foreign Investment approval advice and applications.

You may be a commercial or corporate lawyer looking to broaden your exposure to a fantastic client base and high quality work, or alternatively a property lawyer looking to develop your corporate skillset and take the next step with involvement in significant and often high-profile transactions.
