REQUIREMENT Designation : - Sr. BM/AM

Job Specification: -  To achieve the Business Plan targets;

 To supervise the field staff working under you including their work in the field by means of planned and supervise visits;

 To do daily closing and to make necessary periodical reporting to the higher authorities;

 Be on the watch for cases of embezzlement and misappropriation of client or Company money;

 Initiate prompt action in disciplinary cases, according to the procedures laid down in the Company’s Standing Orders and Operation Manual;

 Preparation and submission of periodical monitoring and financial reports/ statement etc. for the Branch to appropriate authorities in an accurate and timely manner;

 Continuously searching for ways to reduce the operating costs and to increase the operating efficiency of the Company.

 To take day to day responsibilities for all the work to establish/ successful functioning of the Company wherever you posted;

 Following-up on Internal Audit of Unit, under your supervision, to ensure compliance and rectification of all irregularities;

 Setting a good example for all subordinate staff, the clients and the general public, so that the image of the Company is enhanced continuously.
