In this role, youll own service outcomes, remove friction and ensure a seamless service experience so our brokers can deliver for their customers with confidence. As part of the Broker Service team, youll be the trusted point of contact for service delivery, championing and advocating broker needs across internal teams while partnering with stakeholders to enhance capability, drive innovative solutions, and embed a culture of collaboration, excellence and customer centricity, all in alignment with IAGs Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) strategy.
You can be based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What You'll Do
Build strong, service-based relationships with brokers ensuring expectations and business objectives are met Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support the delivery of services to brokers Manage and resolve complex service issues, acting as the escalation point to ensure timely and effective outcomes. Assist in implementing initiatives that improves service delivery and support the goals of the Broker Service Team Support governance initiatives, including audits, and compliance with Terms of Trade.
What You'll Bring Strong customer service experience, preferably in finance or insurance environment Background in Service, Underwriting, Claims, or Portfolio or Relationship Management is preferable Demonstrated experience managing complex service issues Comfortable engaging with senior brokers and internal leaders Ability to operate autonomously with accountability Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information Strong service acumen
