Responsibilities
This is a team-based role, which will require interaction with owners, real estate brokers, and high-level corporate real estate decision-makers
This position will report to senior team leaders and the individual will be involved in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, transactions, and strategy development
Assist senior brokers in presenting available spaces and handling requests for proposals
Collaborate with senior brokers to develop materials for clients, and prospects (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect, or client presentations)
Observe and learn from senior brokers during negotiations, evaluations, and documentation of transactions
Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain prospect contact information
Review and understand basic financial models and cash flow projections with minimal supervision
Help senior brokers develop impactful client deliverables and presentations
Create and keep property profiles and competitive property surveys up to date
Participate with colleagues in brokerage meetings to share updates on leasing activity, market information, new business generating efforts, prospects, and market trends
