Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using the restaurant's ordering system.
Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
