Job Description
Strategy: develop and execute the digital marketing strategy, working with key stakeholders aligned to organizational objectives.
Acquisition: find the most efficient techniques, channels and optimizations to support the product team. To achieve targets for lead acquisition from various channels and meet key performance indicators on -per lead cost, cost of acquisition and LTV.
Conversion Rate Optimization(CRO): work closely with management , product heads to achieve targeted conversion rate thru customer journey with digital marketing team, bring a growth hacking mindset to the role, always looking for opportunities to optimise the conversion funnel.
Marketing Automation: take ownership on marketing automation using various tools to make every digital interaction count
Management: lead, motivate and nurture a team of talented digital marketing executive and vendors to meet budgeted ROI.
Content: drive our content and social media marketing strategy including thought leadership, brand building and demand generation campaigns
Reporting : To report management on daily, monthly , quarterly and yearly basis on digital marketing performance and key metrics
Desired Candidate
• Exp. Min. 7-10+ years of experience
• Graduate/PG
• Deep understanding of digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of cost per lead, cost per acquisition, pay per click.
• Hard core experience of lead generation.
• Should understand various digital marketing for tools for analysis and CRO.
