Handling of issues raised by the users through Remedy application related to Consumer Banking applications.
Guide users on various day to day issues encountered in the Banking applications allotted like Net banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Gateway, Bill Pay and IMPS.
Strong Knowledge on Banking Domain and CORE Banking functionality.
Understanding of the issue raised by the users. Functional issues to be resolved by the user and the Technical issues to be taken up with IT with the analysis of the issue for further resolution with IT
