K-STEP : Kotak -Structured Treasury Excellence Program.We at Kotak are hiring for the K-STEP Program. It is a stepping-stone into a coveted career in Treasury. You will build depth in one area as well as get a 360-degree view of the Treasury function. What roles can I do as a Business Analyst Treasury Treasury BSG is a team of business inclined, enthusiastic people who work towards a common mission i.e. To ensure Technology investments are converted into strategic assets that create new revenue sources, increase productivity, reduce costs and reduce risks. Thoroughly research problems and deliver relevant solutions including benefit information, cost estimates, alternate solutions, competitive analysis and technology recommendations Requirements Handling of end to end systems implementation of small & medium projects. Would be responsible for: Project Execution and Support Requirement Analysis and BRD/FRD Documentation Preparation of Test Cases and other related docs Conducting UAT and ensuring smooth go-live Stake holder management Must be able to work with minimal supervision Ability to work with Local and Global Technology partners Good to have knowledge of at least one of the asset classes (Forex, Derivatives, Fixed Income & Money Mkt.) will be an added advantage Should have decent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Time management skills as job profile would need ability to manage multiple projects & BAU support in parallel.
