Job Description:
TSA Up-Selling inbound Voice Process:
1. Identify hardware/software problems and offer solution for customer accounts.
2. To provide live voice support & up selling for products to end user in the same call.
3. receive inbound calls and crack sales.
4. Candidates must have good communication skills
5. Excellent Soft Skills.
6. System, Product, Process Knowledge.
7. Process Expert - Knowledge & Delivery.
8. B.Tech/B.E, Undergraduates, Post Graduates can apply.
Location: gurgaon /Delhi
Salary: 30 K + Both Side Cab + Meal + Incentives.
Experience: Experience / Fresher
