What a Typical Day Could Look Like:
Providing exceptional customer service from initial customer greet to the final sale transaction
· Assisting customers in recommending and selecting ******** products
· ******** education to customers on different strains, products and consumption methods
· Accurately processing transactions with a POS system (point of sale)
· Assisting with maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked store environment
· Assisting with tracking inventory and product replenishment
· Continuous learning regarding product and industry knowledge
· Following compliance regulations regarding the sale of ******** products
Experience Required:
· Must be 1+-years-of-age
· Must have “Selling it Right” Certificate
· POS system experience an asset
· Cash handling experience required
· 2+ years of customer service experience minimum
· 2+ years of consultative sales experience minimum
· Detail-oriented with a high level of organization
· Proficiency with product inventory
· ******** knowledge is an asset
