We offer a variety of exploratory programs designed to help potential candidates learn more about management consulting, get to know Bain, and build connections with our local offices and affinity groups – all while navigating their early career journeys.
Designed to help you succeed in your MBA and beyond
BASE Camp is an in-person experience where pre-MBA candidates receive plenty of support before and after to ensure they get a good sense for what strategy consulting work is like. BASE participants experience a full day of training and then are staffed to a case team, where they tackle a component of a client consulting project. Throughout the week, participants will enjoy a variety of social activities, experience our unique culture, and hear from business leaders and mentors, including many who belong to our Black at Bain and Familia at Bain affinity groups. It’s an opportunity to sharpen business acumen and see what can be gained from a career at Bain.
