We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Automation Service Technician with hands-on experience in HVAC control systems, specifically Reliable Controls systems. The successful candidate will join our team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality automation solutions for both new construction and retrofit projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Test, troubleshoot, and repair Reliable Controls HVAC Building Automation Systems.
Install Reliable Controls DDC controllers and system components.
Commission and perform functional testing of Reliable Controls DDC systems.
Assist with the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronic systems and components.
Program, configure, and optimize Reliable Controls systems for peak performance.
Perform preventative maintenance on existing HVAC control systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an automation engineering or related discipline.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC controls systems programming and commissioning (preferably with Reliable Controls).
Minimum 1 year of experience specifically programming and commissioning Reliable Controls systems.
Strong grasp of the English language, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on job sites.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Familiarity with BACnet protocols and integration.
Experience with energy management strategies and optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
