Building Construction Management Specialist
Zyeta requires a skilled Construction Management Specialist to manage the delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects. As the key contact between clients and our team, you will ensure that projects meet client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Oversee multiple projects from design stage to procurement and construction stage.
• Coordinate with MEP services, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and client SMEs to ensure effective communication and project progress updates.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of building construction and interior fit-out processes.
