Design and Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our design teams in delivering high-quality projects.

• Crafting project briefs that meet client expectations.

• Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Maintaining knowledge of local building regulations and standards.

• Developing and implementing design strategies that balance functionality and aesthetics.

• Liaising with authorities and consultants to obtain necessary approvals.

• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum 5 years of experience in architectural practice, preferably in Singapore or Malaysia.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
