Job Description
The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing electrical, plumbing, painting, and patching work orders.
Responsibilities
• Operate hand and power tools to complete maintenance on the facility.
• Use smart phones to respond to work orders.
• Support the Maintenance Manager and facilities team with building maintenance.
Essential Skills
• At least 2 years of commercial facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a hotel environment preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
